Every year the Levin family looked forward to summer in downtown Nantucket. But in 1969 only thirteen-year-old Jessie would spend the summer there. Blair is stuck in Boston, pregnant with twins and unable to travel; Kirby took a job on Martha’s Vineyard; and Tiger was recently deployed to Vietnam.
